• Analytics & Reporting
• E-commerce Solutions
• Business Consulting & Strategy

2.1 Custom Services

All services are customized based on client requirements and may vary in scope, pricing, and timelines.

2.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

2.3 Add-On & Additional Services

Any service not included in the original agreed scope (such as extra campaigns, additional creatives, strategy revisions, or platform expansion) will be treated as an add-on service and will be chargeable upon prior client approval.

2.4 Advertising Budget & Third-Party Charges

All advertising budgets (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and any third-party platform charges, subscriptions, or tools required for campaign execution will be borne directly by the client and are not included in the agency service fees.

3. Payments

3.1 Pricing

All prices will be communicated via proposal, quotation, or agreement.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required before starting the project
• Remaining payment must be cleared as per agreed milestones
• Delay in payment may result in service suspension

3.3 Non-Payment

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if payment is not received.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refund Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Cancellation

In case of project cancellation by the client, no refund will be provided for work already completed.

4.3 Discretion

Any refund (if applicable) will be processed at the sole discretion of Adsphere World.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Share required materials on time
• Give approvals and feedback promptly

Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, hosting providers, payment gateways).

Adsphere World is not responsible for:

• Downtime
• Policy changes
• Account bans or restrictions imposed by third parties

7. No Guarantee of Results

Adsphere World does not guarantee:

• Specific rankings on search engines
• Exact number of leads or sales
• Return on investment (ROI)

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by Adsphere World remains our property until full payment is received.

After full payment, ownership may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Adsphere World shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment is not made
• Misuse of services is detected

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
